The last leaf is a blank. Contemporary vellum over boards, spines in compartments with morocco lettering piece, sprinkled edges (small loss to spine of volume 2). Ownership's inscription on the title pages by a certain Giovanni Battista Gritti. Slightly uniformly browned, some foxing, a good, genuine nicely bound copy.

It is a reprint of the Geneva 1596 edition, which includes the classic commentaries by Denis Lambin and Denis Godefroy.
