Early 19th-century marbled boards, gilt spine with morocco lettering piece (spine worn and rubbed). On the front flyleaf manuscript ownership entries: “1810 di Francesco Testa vicentino” and below “Leonardo Trissino 13 ottobre 1834. dono di Francesco Testa”. Small hole to the title page affecting the frame, another repaired hole on the lower outer corner with no loss, margins of ll. 5-8 shorter, some browning and staining, small worm holes and track to the margin of a few leaves.
